Hello everyone!

If you follow my blog you probably have figured out that you rarely see boy theme card amongst my posts…even though I will soon have 5 grandsons! My favorite color is pink, which doesn’t work too well on boy things.

With that being said, I was assigned this cute little boy called ‘Duck Swim‘ to work with for my new release project for All Dressed Up Stamps. While scrolling through Facebook I saw a card designed by the very talented Maartje Kraaijenhagen and thought maybe I could cross my fingers and toes and hope that I could color something similar…lol. I asked her if she would mind if I used her design of course…and this is what I came up with.

I am SO proud of myself that I was able to achieve what I had in mind!!

I printed this adorable little one on X-Press It Blending Card and colored him with the following markers.

I thought about adding a sentiment, but couldn’t bring myself to cover anything up!

Just look at that adorable little face! He’s just needs a little friend to go swimming with him…
