Hello and Welcome!

My name is Pam, and I would like to introduce myself. I am an accountant by day and a crafter by night. I am a wife, mother of 3 amazing girls, and a grandma to 4 beautiful grandchildren. I also have a tropical bird as well as 2 energetic fur babies who like to keep me company while I craft.  During the summer you may also find me in my flower beds when the weather allows.

I have been a lifelong crafter and dabble in a variety of different things, however, my favorites are card making and scrapbooking. I love seeing where my inspiration takes me with a project.

My journey with coloring first started with colored pencils a few years ago. While I was recovering from surgery last year I took a leap into the world of Copic Markers to pass the time and was instantly hooked. Coloring is my favorite way to unwind at the end of the day.

After I began sharing pictures of my colored images on Facebook with my family and friends I was encouraged to start a blog to share my work. This is how A Pretty Pink Peony was born. My goal for this blog is to share ideas and hopefully inspire you.
