This gorgeous girl is called Yasmin and she is from Digi Doodle Studios.  Whatever she is thinking about she seems gloriously happy!

I printed this gorgeous image on X-Press It Blending Card and colored her with the following Copic Markers.

The dies used on this card are from La-La Land Crafts and Magnolia Stamps.  I created the sentiment in Microsoft Word and then carefully cut around it, doing the same to each layer before adhering it to my card with double sided foam tape.
