Bunny Wrist Purse

Hello crafty peeps!

Today is another sewing project from craft dies.

For my design team project for C.C. Designs I decided to make little wrist purses for my granddaughters. This little purse features the super cute Make A Bunny die set, and is for my granddaughter Adeline.

I took a few design elements from a pattern, but adjusted the rest to what I thought would be easier for smaller children.

I ironed Heat and Bond to the back side of the quilting fabric, and then using the die the same way you would paper, I sent it through my die cutting machine. Heat and Bond is a double sided adhesive so it worked perfectly the iron all the pieces together. Once all the pieces were ironed on I used embroidery floss and a fine needle to stitch the pieces to the white backing using the blanket stitch.

Welcome Little One

Good afternoon!

Oh my goodness…can we say cuteness overload!!!

I am sharing my guest design project for Digi Doodle Studios featuring this super ADORABLE giraffe. This little sweetheart is from the ‘Little Ones Pairables‘ digital stamp set. What a darling stamp set for all the “littles” in this world.

The techniques used to color this sweetie are from Kit & Clowder online classes – Jungle Jam ~ September 2018. Alyce is an amazing teacher!!

I printed this little cutie on X-Press It Blending Card and colored him with the following Copic Markers.

The dies for the shaker part and the leaves are all from La-La Land Crafts. The remaining dies used are from My Favorite Things, Gummiapan, and Memory Box.

The shaker front is made from tulle purchased at a local craft store. I really like the softness from using tulle versus using acetate…easier to photograph and no fingerprints…lol.

Ouch Ouch Ouch!

Hello all!

This is sadly my last post as a design team member for Whimsy Stamps. I have enjoyed my time on the team and will miss creating amongst all the talent!

Oh my goodness…I have been in this very predicament more than one in my life…and ouch is right! At the current time it’s my shoulder, but it still hurts none the less.’

This super cute little dragon is from the Get Well Dragons clear stamp set from Whimsy Stamps new release for December.

I die cut the image and mat behind with the Notched Squares Die Set, glued the two layers together and then adhered them to the blue checked layer with double sided foam tape.

I stamped the Ouch sentiment from the same stamp set three times, matting each with black cardstock and adhering them to my card with 1/4″ Scor-tape.

CC Designs Preview Day 1 ~ Christmas Swiss Pixies

Good morning!

Squeee…we are on day 1 of Previews for the NOVEMBER Release at C.C. Designs!! This month it’s all about Christmas again …and the release is so stinkin’ adorable! The release will be available for purchase this Thursday at 12pm CST.

Today I am previewing this adorable little cutie from the Christmas Swiss Pixies clear stamp set. I was super excited when I saw that these little Pixies were part of the release this month, but there is SO much cuteness in this release!

Happy Friday! Sharing a DT project for Polkadoodles using the super sweet image called Bella Bear Bouquet from the Fuzzy Puffs collection. The whole collection is so adorable I had a hard time choosing which image to work with..lol
