Pretty in Pink & Ready to Drink!

Hello my friends!

I am back today to share a fun Flamingo themed mini slimline card with you. These seriously adorable Flamingo’s are from Crafty Meraki and are part of the clear stamp set called Flocking Fabulous.

I started my card with a card base of 6-3/8″ x 3-5/8″. Next using the 3 Room Studio Mini Slimline die, I cut one from blue dotted paper and three from white card stock to give some depth for the shaker element. I used tulle for the shaker windows to give the card a softer feel, sandwiching it between the blue and one white die cut. The remaining two were glued together and attached to the card base. I then added the white stitched center pieces to the card, added bling confetti, and adhered the top section to the bottom piece with foam tape.

The fabulously adorable Flamingo’s were stamped on Neenah 80# Solar White paper with Inkon3 Fadeout No Line Ink, and then colored with Prismacolor pencils. I fussy cut the images out and attached them to the front of the card using liquid glue.

Hello friends!

Woot Woot!! I can finally share some exciting news…I have joined up with all the talented ladies at Crafty Meraki and will be designing beside them.

My first card as a design team member was created with the super adorable stamp set called Mertini on the Rocks, and the Bubble Mania Mini Slimline Die. Wouldn’t it be awesome if we could transform ourselves into a mermaid for the day and zoom through the water to look at all the gorgeous coral and aquatic life. That’s not asking for too much is it?

These little cuties were stamped on X-Press It Blending Card with Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored with the following Markers.

If you follow my blog, you know I love layers. To achieve a layered look, I started my card with a card base of 6-3/8″ x 3-5/8″. Next I die cut the Bubble Mania Mini Slimline Die out of white paper, and glued it down to the pre-printed water look paper. This piece was then glued to a 6-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ piece of white paper, and finally glued to the card base. All of the elements were also attached with liquid glue or double sided foam tape. The sentiment is included in the Mertini on the Rocks Clear Stamp Set.

This sweet image brings back SO many memories of when I was in grade school. My favorite thing to do at recess was play jump rope with my friends. I was so proud of myself when I mastered how to do the double dutch!

Hello friends!

A couple weeks ago I went to the shores of Lake Superior with my cousin and did this exact same thing…took my shoes off and walked in the water. It felt so good to simply relax and soak in the sounds of the waves.

Today I am sharing this super sweet image called ‘Ship Ahoy‘ from All Dressed Up Stamps. I really love this image!

Birthday Girl

Hello everyone!

Oh how I remember birthday parties for my girls when they were young. With three girls it was always so much fun coming up with a theme and putting it all together to make a special day for them.

Hello friends!

I am back today with a couple more of the adorable little cows from Digi Doodle Studios. These little cuties are from the Udderly Fabulous Pairables digi stamp set.

I created two super easy little note cards with these darling images. They can be sent just to let someone know you are thinking of them, or as a gift card. The cards are small at just 3.5″ square.

I printed these sweeties at a height of 1.8″ and colored them with the following markers.

My DT project for All Dressed Up Stamps today features the adorable image called ‘Two Little Fairy Mice‘. It looks like they’re sharing lots of little secrets.

Hello everyone!

Today I am sharing my DT project for All Dressed Up Stamps. This gorgeous image is called ‘Best Mummy‘.

As we don’t use ‘Mummy’ here in the United States, I removed that portion of the stamp in Photoshop which left me a blank slate to use the image for something different.

I printed the image on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper and colored it with the following colored pencils.
