Back to share a little sweetie from Tiddly Inks. This adorable image is called Faythe’s Cherry Flowers and can be found here. Such a cutie pie!

This was my first time coloring darker skin…I was a little nervous, but I think she turned out pretty darn cute.

A Cupid’s Love

Good morning!

I can’t believe how fast Valentine’s Day is approaching! Seems like it was just Christmas.

For today’s DT project for The Paper Nest Dolls, I created with the super adorable image called Lovestruck Lulu. Such a little sweetie! I decided to try my very first criss-cross card…loving how it turned out!! (A little pinterest inspiration…lol)

Hello again!

Although it has been super cold out where I live (-55F wind chills)…in my mind I am all ready for spring, and can’t wait to start digging in my flower beds. This little sweetie from The Paper Nest Dolls is called Avery with Watering Can. She got tired of waiting for me and started watering the flowers herself…lol

Hello everyone!

Oh my goodness…how sweet is this little face. I could not resist this super sweet image. Angel Wishes is one of the February new releases for Conie Fong. She is SO beautiful!!

I fell in love with Tiddly Inks Stamps ever since I started my journey with coloring. It would only make sense that I try out for their current Design Team Call…hope you are crossing your fingers along with me…lol!

Just This Side of Heaven

Hello everyone!

Just this side of heaven angels watch over all of our little fur babies that have crossed over the rainbow bridge.

Today I am sharing another guest design team project for Whimsy Stamps using the adorable clear stamps set called A Girl’s Best Friend. As I created this little card all sorts of sweet memories flooded my heart…a little piece of my heart and soul crossed that bridge with our fur babies.

White gel pen and a glaze pen.

The background was created using Whimsy’s Formal Lattice Stencil and distress oxide ink pads (Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass, and Spun Sugar). I added white Flower Soft to the clouds to give them a puffy look. Once dry I attached the animals and clouds with foam tape.

The gorgeous dies are also from Whimsy Stamps.

I don’t know about you, but I am SO looking forward to spring. I have had enough of the cold and the snow..lol

Our theme this month as a DT for Conie Fong was to create a shaped card. I fell in love with this gorgeous image called Penelope Poppy, and couldn’t wait to color her. Such a beauty!

Just the Way You Are

Hello everyone!

Penguins…I LOVE penguins! I would own one if I could! I love everything about them…they are beyond adorable, make the cutest little noises, the fact that they are amazing swimmers…but the cutest thing ever is the way they WADDLE. I confess…I just can’t resist them!

So, of course I just had to choose a penguin for my guest design team project for Whimsy Stamps. This handsome little dude is from the Penguin Gardener clear stamp set.

I wanted the image to be die cut square, but I only had rectangle dies, so I made it work. I drew pencil lines where the square edges would be, cut out only half of the image…then carefully adjusted the die so all the stitches would line up and turned it around and cut only the other half. Just be careful that you only send it through halfway each time.

Make a Wish

Good morning!

I am just loving all the sweetness Whimsy Stamps has to offer. I just can’t get enough of this sweet fairy and her adorable little bunny! She reminds me of my childhood when I used to believe that I had my very own magic wand. I think I really thought that it worked…lol! Wouldn’t that be awesome if we truly had one?

For today’s Guest Design Team project I chose to work with two different stamps. The super sweet and adorable little fairy is called ‘Make A Wish‘ and the sentiment is from the sweet set called ‘Kitten Kindness‘.
