Hello everyone!

I am back today with another little cutie for All Dressed Up Stamps.  This little sweetie is called Pretty Braids.  I couldn’t resist adding a little bling to her hair pretties and necklace!

Hello again!

I was flooded with memories of my Grandma as I created with this gorgeous new release from Whimsy Stamps called Ivy Chair Rubber Cling Stamp.  Her climbing rose bushes were always gorgeous and smelled heavenly.  I was reminded how much I miss her!

I stamped the image on X-Press It Blending Card with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored with the following Copic markers.

Ivy-Chair2

I started with a cream card base that was 5 1/2 inches square.  Added a cream layer 5 3/8 inches square and then the blue dotted layer 5 1/4 inches square.  The middle band of blue/cream paper measures 3 1/2 x 5 1/4, layered with cream card stock that was die cut with the scalloped border from the Kinetic Straight Basics Die Set.  I used the largest oval from the Basic Stitched Ovals Die Set for my image, and then cut around the actual metal die to create a mat to put behind it.

Hello everyone!

I am excited to share with you a clear stamp set from All Dressed Up Stamps sold exclusively at Crafteezee in the UK.  This gorgeous girl is from the set called Love to Dance.

I started with a white card base of 6 x 5.5 inches adding layers 1/8″ smaller on top, and popped some of the elements up with foam tape.  I added a little Stardust Stickles and some pearls to the card to make some of the elements pop.

The dies are from La-La Land Crafts and LDRS Creative, and the paper is from my stash.

Happy Monday!

Today’s project is from All Dressed Up Stamps, and what a cutie she is!!  This adorable image is called So Pretty.  She is all dressed up in her pretty outfit ready for her busy day.

These scrumptious cupcakes are from Whimsy Stamp’s July new release Calories Schmalories Clear Stamps Set. They look good enough to eat!  How tempting…

Skinny-Girl-Cupcakes

These remind me of all the delicious cupcakes I used to make for birthday parties when my girls were little.

I started with a 5×6 card base, adding layers about 1/8 smaller than the last.  The cupcakes were cut out using my Scan N’Cut and popped them up with foam tape to appear as though they were sitting on a bakery shelf.

Whoo Hoo!!  I am SO very excited to share that I have been asked to join the I Am Roses design team…and of course I said yes!!  What an awesome opportunity!  I have been using their gorgeous flowers on my creations for quite some time, so this is such a perfect fit!

For my project today I started with a beautiful image from Conie Fong called Isabella Blossoms, and added lots of gorgeous flowers from I Am Roses.

Woot Woot!!!  I am SO incredibly excited to finally share my first project as an official team member for Whimsy Stamps!

Today’s card is featuring some products from Whimsy Stamp’s  fabulous new release for July.  For my coral reef scene I used the super adorable Mermaid Birthday Clear Stamp Set, Build an Ocean Die Set, and Mini Bubbles Background Rubber Cling Stamp.  Super fun to work with!!

Hello again!

How cute is this Billy Goat from All Dressed Up Stamps?  I have to admit…I was stressed out when I was given this goat to color as I don’t normally color animals…lol!  It took me a little while to decide what I was going to do with him.

Once I had a design in mind, it all started to come together.  I brought the image into Microsoft Publisher using the postcard template.  It automatically prints four to a page, which was perfect as I needed multiple copies to make the card work.

I started with the background, coloring the grass and the sky the way I wanted it.  The second layer was to focus on the fence detail and the pink flowers.  The third layer was just the goat.  I used foam tape between each layer to create a 3D effect.

Life seems to be so busy lately!  I sometimes have to remind myself to slow down and ‘Enjoy the little things’ that life has to offer!

I added flowers to her top with copic markers and a white gel pen.  The background was created with a stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink.  Once the coloring was finished I fussy cut her out and popped her up with foam tape.
