Bloom ~ La-La Land Crafts

Hello everyone!

It’s Inspiration Friday at La-La Land Crafts and this weeks theme is ‘Spring’!  I instantly knew that I needed to do a flower garden themed card.  As soon as the snow melts that is exactly where you will find me most days.  I LOVE working in my flower beds.

This gorgeous little girl is called ‘In the Garden Marci‘ and she is out in her garden admiring all her beautiful flowers that she nurtured.  She even put out a garden sign to let her flowers know that they need to bloom…lol

My card base is 5.5 inches square.  This time I colored all of the elements by hand.  The background is ink blended with Tumbled Glass and Twisted Citron.  Marci and all of the dies are colored with Copic Markers.

Marci in Paris ~ La-La Land Crafts

Happy Friday!!

I have always wanted to go to Paris…so jealous these little cuties got to go without me!!  Hopefully someday I will get to go, but for now I all I can do is dream about it.

My card for Inspiration Friday features the super sweet Marci in Paris Rubber Stamp and 3 of the most adorable little Poodles from the Poodles of Love Clear Stamp Set.

I started by stamping all these little cuties on X-Press It Blending Card and colored them all with the following Copic Markers.

Marci in Paris1

The tag was made with the largest two dies from the Large Stitched Tags Die set.  I added three little pieces from the Harlequin Plate Die to the upper left and inserted a trio of flowers cut from the Rose Bouquet Die to the right side.

The tag can be removed from the pocket.  A secret little message could be added to the back of the tag as well.

Butterfly Wishes to You

Good morning everyone!

This sweet little blue butterfly reminds me so much of my flower gardens.  There is always an abundance of little blue butterflies flying around among all the flowers.

My design team project for C.C. Designs today is centered around this little cutie from the February & March Clear Stamp Set which is part of the new release for February.

I used Black Olive Ink from C.C. Designs to stamp this little sweetie onto X-Press It Blending Card.  I then colored the image with the following Copic Markers.

Once all the coloring was finished I cut out the butterfly with the coordinating February & March Metal Outline Dies.  Black adhesive rhinestones were added to the antennae, a pink rhinestone was added to his little flower, and clear rhinestones were added to the oval die cut.

Today’s project for La-La Land Crafts is all about the gorgeous Heart Locket Marci Rubber Stamp from this month’s new release.  This little sweetie is so incredibly adorable!  Love her to pieces!!

Always in my Heart2

I started with a card base 5×6 and added layers on top of layers.  The pink chevron paper is from the gorgeous Love You More Paper Pack.  To this I added a border using the Stitched Ribbon Die and the Small Scallops Border Die.  I used the black Scalloped Rectangles Die for the base of the center element.  To make this fit my card I shortened it a little bit. The layers were assembled with double sided tape and double sided foam tape.

Oh My Baby

Good morning!

I am sharing an adorable baby card with you featuring the adorable ‘Oh My Baby Clear Stamp Set‘ and the matching ‘Oh My Baby Outline Metal Dies‘ from this month’s new release at C.C. Designs.  This set is so sweet!

Hello Crafty Peeps!

I seem to be on a baby card kick lately…lol!  This little cutie pie is from Digi Doodle Studios and is part of a digital stamp set called ‘Little Ones Pairables‘.  This set is SO adorable and very versatile for all things baby.

I printed this sweet little elephant on X-Press It Blending Card and colored him/her with the following Copic Markers.

I embossed a piece of white card stock to add a little dimension to the card between the layers.  The layers are popped up from one another using two sided foam tape.  A little ribbon and a few pearls are all that was needed to keep it soft and sweet.
