Love You More

Good morning everyone!

Today’s project for La-La Land Crafts features the gorgeous Bride Mona Rubber Stamp and the Love You More Die from this month’s new release along with lots of other products.

There is so much to love in this new release!

Love You More

I stamped this gorgeous image on X-Press It Blending Card and colored her with the following Copic Markers.

~Copics~
Skin:  E13/11/21/00/000/0000-R20/30/00
Hair:  E55/53/51
Dress:  C1/0/00-Clear Sparkle Gel Pen and White Gel Pen
Dress Band & Bow:  R85/83/81-RV00/000
Leaves:  YG17/03/01
Flowers:  R89/37/35/RV25/Y11

Love You More1

To make the embossed flowered background behind the Love You More Die, I very lightly blended a piece of white card stock with Spun Sugar and Tumbled Glass Distressed Oxide Ink and then used the Rose Bouquet Die to cut several shapes.  I glued these onto a plain piece of white card stock and the cut the layered piece out with the largest Double Stitched Ovals Die.  I ran it through my die cutting machine to make sure it cut through all the layers.

I Love You

Good morning everyone!

I am SO excited to share with you that I will be guest designing with La-La Land Crafts for a couple of months.  How incredibly exciting…I am SO very honored to be given this opportunity.

This weeks theme for Team Friday is Love.  Today’s card features the gorgeous stamp called ‘Heart Hands Molli‘.  The message of “I Love You’ is for all those special people in my life that I love dearly!

I Love You

I stamped this gorgeous image on X-Press It Blending Card and colored her with the following Copic Markers.

~Copics~
Skin:  E13/11/21/00/000/0000 – R20/30/00
Lips:  R32/30/E04

Butterflies:  BG18/13/11/10/0000/RV0000

I Love You2

To create the heart background I used the heart stencil from the Hearts & Harlequin Layering Stencils.  I blended Distress Oxide-Spun Sugar very lightly on first.  Once dry I added  Nuvo Glimmer Paste-Moonstone over the top.

I lightly brushed the Rolled Roses with the same Spun Sugar ink before rolling and gluing them into shape.

Bunny Wrist Purse

Hello crafty peeps!

Today is another sewing project from craft dies.

For my design team project for C.C. Designs I decided to make little wrist purses for my granddaughters.  This little purse features the super cute Make A Bunny die set, and is for my granddaughter Adeline.

Make A Bunny

I took a few design elements from a pattern, but adjusted the rest to what I thought would be easier for smaller children.

I ironed Heat and Bond to the back side of the quilting fabric, and then using the die the same way you would paper, I sent it through my die cutting machine.  Heat and Bond is a double sided adhesive so it worked perfectly the iron all the pieces together.  Once all the pieces were ironed on I used embroidery floss and a fine needle to stitch the pieces to the white backing using the blanket stitch.

Kitty Wrist Purse

Hello crafty peeps!

One of the other crafty things I do is sew.  My Mom taught me to sew when I was 5…so that was many moons ago…lol

For my design team project for C.C. Designs I decided to make little wrist purses for my granddaughters.  This little purse features the super cute Make A Kitty die set, and is for my granddaughter Brielle.

Sweet Baby Onesie

Good morning!

Today I am sharing an adorable little baby onesie card featuring gorgeous little flowers from I Am Roses.

I love the shape of this card, but I did have to think a little bit about how I could add layers to the basic shape.

Baby Onsie Card

The onesie die is from Papertrey Ink.  I did a little fussy cutting to get the white border around the front of the card, and for the embossed top of the card.  White lace was added just below the white part.  I then added the bow and flowers.  The final elements that were added were the white pearls to the neckline and two enamel dots at the bottom of the card to resemble snaps.

Baby Onsie Card2

The beautiful I Am Roses flowers used on this card:

ZR4-2 – Soft Pink Small Arabian Jasmine
S10-15 – White Small Craft Paper Flowers
R2-518 – Mini Variegated White – Soft Pink Paper Flowers
R2-426 – Mini Mixed Rainbow Pastel color Paper Flowers

Hello

Good morning!

Awe…how cute is this little guy?!

My design team project for C.C. Designs today features this little sweetie from the Tiny Canadians stamp set and coordinating outline dies.  This little dude is so proud of his little log…lol

Hello

As usual, I stamped this little cutie pie on X-Press It Blending Card with C.C. Designs Black Olive Ink before coloring with the following Copic Markers.

~Copics~
Fur:  E37/35/99/53/31/30/YR24  Ears:  RV11/E30
Belly:  E43/42/30/50
Log:  E29/27/25/23-E18/15
Tail, Feet, & Nose:  W9/8/7/6/5/4/100
Leaf Spray:  YG97/95/93/21

Hello1

After he was all colored I cut him out with the matching dies and set him aside while I worked on the card base (Top folding A2 size).  I love layers so I built up my card from there.  I die cut the leaves out of X-Press It Blending Card and colored them with the colors above.  To finish the card I added a few enamel dots from the Razzle Dazzle Shiny Enamel Dots.

The outline dies are from C.C. Designs – Tiny Canadian Outline Dies.  The remaining dies are from Pinkfresh and My Favorite Things.

Welcome Little One

Good afternoon!

Oh my goodness…can we say cuteness overload!!!

I am sharing my guest design project for Digi Doodle Studios featuring this super ADORABLE giraffe.  This little sweetheart is from the ‘Little Ones Pairables‘ digital stamp set.  What a darling stamp set for all the “littles” in this world.

The techniques used to color this sweetie are from Kit & Clowder online classes – Jungle Jam ~ September 2018.  Alyce is an amazing teacher!!

Digi Doodle Giraffe

I printed this little cutie on X-Press It Blending Card and colored him with the following Copic Markers.

~Copics~
Giraffe:  E57/55/35/33/31/44/50-Y26/23/32-R20/30
Leaves:  YG17/25/03/01

Digi Doodle Giraffe4

The dies for the shaker part and the leaves are all from La-La Land Crafts.  The remaining dies used are from My Favorite Things, Gummiapan, and Memory Box.

The shaker front is made from tulle purchased at a local craft store.  I really like the softness from using tulle versus using acetate…easier to photograph and no fingerprints…lol.

Digi Doodle Giraffe5

I don’t make a lot of baby cards, but this one is so adorable I may have a really hard time parting with it!
